Our children (aged 7-11 years), develop a love of learning and a deep understanding of themselves as learners. Each day offers a new opportunity and a different challenge, and learning at the Junior School is an adventurous journey of discovery, both inside and outside the classroom.

Our Location
The Junior School enjoys superb, dedicated facilities in its own purpose-built and award-winning accommodation in an enviable location on the southern slopes of the city.
The beautiful setting is enhanced by the National Trust land that borders the School, and we are within easy walking distance of Bath’s World Heritage city centre.
The Junior School is situated on the same campus as the Senior School and benefits from its superb facilities, as well as a number of its wonderful teachers in specific subject areas. Each year, the vast majority of our pupils move up to the Senior School to continue their KES journey and to make the most of the amazing opportunities that await them there.

I really enjoy English lessons with Mrs Heaney. Mrs Heaney is a kind and funny teacher; she will always cheer you up! Science is fun too, because Mr Carter always comes up with fun lessons with experiments and feedback collecting! I love breaktimes because there are so many people who will want to be your friend! I am really happy in this school! |

I like the clubs offered at school. This year I have taken part in sailing and golf club. Both are really fun! I've improved in golf a lot and I'm also getting better at sailing. |

The Junior School is a fun place to be - you will make a lot of friends. At the end of the year, during Activities Week, we go on trips. In Year 3 and 4, we go to Hook Court, in Year 5 we go to Skern Lodge and in Year 6 we go to France. |
